We all know trying something new in front of strangers can be an intimidating experience. This is why we insist on new members completing a free trial class which familiarises you with the basics to confidently join in the main classes. These sessions are only for new students and are capped to ensure an effective instructor student ratio.
Our Junior Krav Maga not only teaches the physical aspect of self-defence but focuses on building a strong self-esteem, teaching situational awareness, verbal de-escalation skills and teaching your child to recognise danger signs and avoid conflict.
We use a belt or patch grading system with ranks of white, yellow, orange, blue, green, brown and black.
